Nan Fung Place “A Window Into Sheung Wan” (“Program”) Terms and Conditions

1. Customers must first register as members of the Program (“Members”) through the Program’s website (“Website”) by entering the required information and obtaining an email authentication.
2. The registered Member’s name must be the same as the one stated on such Member’s submitted business name card.
3. Customers must register a correct and valid personal email address to receive an email authentication. Customers who do not complete the authentication will not be able to become a Member.
4. Members must register an email address which they frequently use. In case Members forgot their passwords, a new password will be sent to their registered email address.
5. The owner (and its agent) of Nan Fung Place (“Owner”) shall take no responsibility for any failure of transmission of communications.
6. Members must ensure that the information submitted for the registration is authentic, accurate, complete, not misleading or fraudulent in all aspects.
7. Recruitment offer (subject to terms and conditions) is applicable to Members upon successful registration. Each Member is entitled to the recruitment offer once only. The redemption is served on the first-come-first-served, available while stocks last basis. The Owner will determine a Member’s entitlement to the recruitment offer based on the Member’s transaction records with the Program.
8. No recruitment offer will be given to Members who have cancelled their membership within the past 6 months from the month of new application.
9. The Owner has the absolute discretion to determine a customer’s eligibility for the membership and/or a Member’s entitlement to the recruitment offer.
10. Each email address can only be registered by one Member. Duplicate registration of the same email address or holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual will not be accepted. The Owner shall have the right to, without any prior notice, suspend or terminate such membership and disqualify the Member’s rights of further reward redemption without any compensation.
11. If Members have changed their email addresses, Members must inform the Owner immediately and re-register the membership with the Owner with the new email address through the Website. If Members are considered by the Owner to have registered with “A Window Into Sheung Wan” membership with an email address that they do not own legitimately, the Owner have the right to suspend or terminate such membership without any prior notice or compensation.
12. Membership, recruitment offer, e-voucher and exclusive offer are limited for the Member’s personal use and are non-transferable.
13. Members should verify their personal information and redemption record after any updates. All Member’s data and redemption records kept by the Owner are deemed to be final and conclusive.
14. Members should keep their membership numbers, passwords and email addresses strictly confidential and secure. Members are fully responsible for any use of their accounts by any other person (including whether used with or without the Member’s authorization).
15. The staff of the Owner shall have the right to request Members to present a valid identification document for verification of the Members’ identity against the Members’ account record.
16. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership of any Members at any time without any prior notice if the Owner considers that the Members use any accounts that belong to another person, or are dishonest in their application for membership or exercise of any Member privileges.
17. Upon termination or expiry of membership, all the unredeemed rewards in the Member’s account will be forfeited without any further notice or compensation.

E-voucher and Exclusive Offers

1. Members can redeem desired e-voucher or exclusive offer via the Website. Upon confirmation, the corresponding e-voucher or exclusive offer will be deducted instantly from the Member’s accounts. No cancellation or change is allowed.
2. The e-voucher or exclusive offer is valid at participating merchants of Nan Fung Place only.
3. To use an e-voucher or exclusive offer or e-membership (in exchange for physical gifts or exclusive offer) with Nan Place concierge staff or participating merchants or event venue location staff, Members must visit the Website and present the QR code for scanning for verification. See the Website for details.
4. Members hereby understand and accept that all e-voucher or exclusive offer are available in limited quantities, on a first-come-first-served, available while stocks last basis. If a reward has not been redeemed before the deadline due to limited stock or other reasons, there will be no compensation for unredeemed e-voucher or exclusive offer.
5. The Owner shall have the right to change e-voucher and exclusive offer from time to time without any prior notice.
6. All photos are for reference only, and the actual items may vary. Members shall the quality of the rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be replaced and refunded. shall have no liability and shall not be held liable in any events of any losses or damages related to any aspects of the goods, products or services provided by the participating merchants, including but not limited to the quality and usage and the Owner gives no warranty and guarantee thereto. Customers hereby expressly acknowledged that any e-voucher or exclusive offers redeemed is the transaction between the Customers and the participating merchants and that there is no contractual relationship between the Owner and the Customers in any kind of goods, products or services redeemed.
7. For redemption through the Website, Members must read and accept the description, and terms and conditions of respective e-voucher or exclusive offer, including but not limited to expiry dates, movie tickets expiry dates, food and beverages expiry dates (if any).
8. Participating merchants reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the e-voucher or exclusive offer without any prior notice. The Owner are not responsible for any losses caused by disputes between Members and the participating merchants.
9. In case of disputes related to e-voucher or exclusive offer, the Owner and participating merchants reserve the right of final decision.

General Terms & Conditions

1. The Program is managed and operated by the Owner.
2. Activation of membership will be deemed to be the acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Program by the Member.
3. Only customers who have completed the registration process via the Website are eligible to become the Members of the Program and enjoy e-voucher or exclusive offers.
4. The Owner reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Program at any time without prior notice, including the Website; Member registration, redemption and collection and the expiry dates of e-voucher or exclusive offers; these terms and conditions; other items; and termination of the Program. It is the responsibility of Members to keep themselves up to date in respect to the structure and content of the Program, including these terms and conditions. Registering for redeeming e-voucher or exclusive offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant changes. The Owner will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes to the structure and content, including these terms and conditions.

6. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese and English versions.
